Alexsander De Bastiani

At Hermes, he contributes to creating performative experiences, bringing theatre, physicality, music, magic and artistic languages into training and development programmes.

He supports individuals and groups in unlocking leadership, presence, empathy and communication, using the performative experience as a space to express individual potential in relation to the team and its working environment.

His work stems from a deep passion for learning, curiosity about creative and expressive processes, and an ability to weave connections between artistic disciplines, cognitive development and self-awareness.

A circus arts performer and trainer, he chose to place his artistic skills at the service of personal and professional growth. He has created unique virtuoso acts, ranging from magic to fakirism, earning international acclaim including European Stage Magic Champion, Italian Street Magic Champion and three-time finalist at the World Championships.

He is one of the world’s few authentic sword swallowers, a drum circle and functional juggling facilitator, actor, theatre trainer and director. Holding a Master of Arts degree specialising in Advertising Graphics and Print, he graduated from the “Atelier Philip Radice” Physical Theatre School in Turin.

He brings creative energy, stage presence, engagement skills and a perspective that turns body, voice, rhythm and relationships into tools for learning, expression and growth to every project.
