About us
For 25 years, we have supported people and businesses through change processes, fostering empowerment and growth both personally and across their organisational design.
We do this by grounding our actions, projects and operating model in amplifying the contribution of every individual towards achieving results.
We catalyse existing energy and resources, providing tools to enhance their effectiveness.
To successfully meet the challenges brought to us, we use specific methods to boost system energy, relationships, response-ability and people’s competencies.
We are a group of over 50 professionals—senior consultants, certified coaches and psychologists, backed by a support team operating from our Florence headquarters.
We work in close partnership with executive leadership and HR teams.
This allows us to tailor initiatives closely to the organisational context and market demands.
How we work
