My personal Purpose is to contribute to making the professional environment a place where people fulfil themselves in a context-enhancing perspective.

ABOUT ME

In my career, I have had a broad range of corporate experience gained in several areas and roles: from General Management of Italian and international multinationals, to Business Consulting and Project Management within leading companies in Business Consulting and Change Management, Business Process Re-Engineering, Internet Business Consulting and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME

I identify myself with the hourglass as it represents the potential energy within each one of us. It flows through the narrow passage of life and shapes a mountain whilst generating a poetic aesthetic effect. Windsurfing and paragliding are spectacular experiences that are in turn a reflection on human beings’ ability to find harmony within the environment. They are metaphors representing the ability to adjust our behaviour to external circumstances and be able to move in the direction we believe in.
