We have always pursued purposes of common benefit and help the realities with which we collaborate to affect their future so that it is long-lasting and sustainable.

Between September 2022 and April 2023 we conducted a research targeting 100 HR and CEOs of national and multinational companies.

We have collected experiences and emerging organizational models to give voice to the future of hybrid work.

The research was an opportunity to connect different realities, so that they could confront each other and co-build together in a logic of exchange, collaboration and the Common Good.
