MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am a Senior Consultant. I combine counselling, facilitation, coaching and training both in Italian and English, in order to enhance individual and group empowerment. My mission is to unleash the hidden potential in each one of us, turning it into effectiveness and concrete action, in our personal and professional lives.

WHAT DRIVES ME

Being passionate about human beings and how they expose themselves to the world, I am used to dealing with constantly changing realities and being confronted with them. More than anything else, I love working to support the advancement of projects and to support people in their change. I always try to have a clear vision in everything, trying to introduce a ‘new’ look in every situation, which can offer a concrete input.

ABOUT ME

A deep capacity for analysis and a keen perception of reality help me to make the right contribution to the success of my partners, to whom I offer listening, respect, attention and a high level of professionalism. After a degree in Economics and Trade, I gained 15 years of business experience in advertising agencies, in close contact with the corporate world. It is from this experience that my great enthusiasm and sensitivity to the subject of ‘communication’ stems. I became a Professional Coach 14 years ago, and I specialised in Core coaching and Team coaching Future. Today my professional commitment combines consulting, coaching, facilitation and training, both in Italian and English. I apply the CPS (Creative Problem Solving) methodology, combining it with coaching/team coaching, facilitation, and work on empowerment and personal effectiveness. I am certified in Navigational Conversation and Foursight Thinking profile.
