MY ROLE AT HERMES

I seek new client companies to support them in the implementation of sustainable business models through a tailored guidance, both via trans-formation classrooms and business coaching paths, targeted to business, consulting and change objectives. I also deal with great interest with Assessment and Development Center and Didactic Innovation, as I believe that being constantly up-to-date to make our”new” today is paramount.

WHAT DRIVES ME

Dedicating attention and care to people always lights a spark inside me. I love forging relationships through genuine contact, being alongside people with the desire of listening and understanding them, while offering support, confrontation and growth. I cherish my conservatory studies in my heart and nowadays I link my training to jazz music. I listen to people as if they were music notes, so as to give each experience a unique, vital and enriching rhythm, like that of an orchestra playing a concert.

ABOUT ME

I am constantly attracted and intrigued by the possibility of understanding people and have been working in this field for over 25 years. I am a professional psychologist, qualified in French-Italian graphology. I am specialised in mindfulness, business coaching, rebirthing breathwork and I am truly passionate about neurosciences. Currently drawn to the scientific world, I am a member of the AICP national research council and co-author of the handbook ‘Neuroscience for Coaches’.
