MY ROLE AT HERMES
I am a Management Consultant and a Coach. I truly love my job. With great care and commitment I constantly deal with the complexity of different contexts and situations and I am honoured to give my contribution to highlight the value of integration. While my focus is on companies, I particularly address people.
WHAT DRIVES ME
I see the world from many different levels. I see it as a reality divided into several dimensions with a precise meaning to be investigated and from which to gain enrichment. I analyse complex contexts to understand their dynamics and figure out which threads it is important to pull to untie knots and cultivate the longevity of the company by prioritising the well-being of individuals.
ABOUT ME
‘Objective’ is a word I truly cherish. Thanks to a professionalism developed over the years, I support companies in the implementation of their strategic vision, with the aim of supporting them achieve their results. Throughout my professional career, I have always felt the need to broaden my psychological studies. I am fascinated and inspired by modern forms of working, such as the Agile approach and Teal organisations, as they drive me to further explore more specialised fields.
A further example for me is Neuroscience. Knowing what mechanisms move our brains fascinates me and helps me read human and organisational entities. This is how I have learnt to handle the diversity and variety of situations and people in various business contexts, allowing me to empower them and leave a mark.
AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME
The rugby ball, a sport I have always adored, connects me deeply to my family and my profession. To me, it symbolises the idea of ‘being a team’ to achieve a goal together through a co-constructed strategy where everyone actively takes part into.
