Needs Analysis

The company needed to set up a new communication campaign to reposition a large-scale retail product line in order to differentiate it from its main competitors and, consequently, increase sales. The objective was to convey a new image of well-being linked to products, encompassing not just physical health but also the mind-body synchronisation and harmony.

Our solution

We set up the communication by enlisting a knowledgeable and trustworthy spokesperson to convey our message on the topic, namely a Hermes Senior Coach. Simultaneously, selecting a spokesperson different from those chosen by competitors established a unique and innovative image for the brand.

Project development

We designed and created 5 short video-tutorials of two minutes each, in which a coach suggests a series of simple practices on how to achieve, strengthen and maintain alignment with oneself. Each video represented a practical tool to help people take care of themselves in a more effective way. The videos were uploaded on the company’s website and spread in social media channels. On top of that, to launch the whole campaign the coach prepared and performed a speech during a major event organised by a magazine. The speech covered the topics that would later be explored in the videos, namely how to live in mind-body harmony within the complexity of the contemporary world and how to feel in sync and improve effectiveness in all aspects of your life.
