Distinctive activities

Gianni Ferrario uses laughter as therapy, good humour as strength: desecrate to sacralise; unsettle and surprise to open new channels of communication that act as accelerators of change processes.

Alone on stage, wearing his distinctive red shirt, his artistic performances begin with a resounding laugh.         Just like that, out of nowhere. A simple laugh. Yet so overwhelming that it immediately becomes collective.

The mind is set free, the heart melts. And the show is ready to start!

Thoughts, emotions, and altruistic behaviours such as gratitude, kindness, compassion, as well as the spirit of sacrifice for the achievement of important and shared goals, can certainly modify some specific areas of our brain.

Such ‘virtuous behaviours’, if repeated over time, amplify and enhance changes that help individuals, teams and organisations to significantly improve their performance.

Laughter, humour, self-mockery, the ability to grasp the comic side of things: this is the most valuable art to cultivate and nurture in life. Not to flee problems, not to “sweep dirt under the carpet”, but to bring things out into the open. It allows you to recharge your batteries, not to take yourself too seriously, so as to ovecome  life’s difficulties.
