Our Client

An Italian company operating in the gaming and payment services sector.

Needs Analysis

Implementing Smart Working as a standardized organizational practice was deemed necessary to collaboratively establish an effective employee management system and a desirable behavioral model.

Our solution

With the objective of spreading the culture of Smart Working, we developed a three-year “wave” plan, training a specific group of Smart Managers and Smart Workers to become Ambassadors and trainers of the project, as well as responsible for training other employees across the entire organization.

Project development

After an initial analysis and strategy definition phase, we carefully selected the resources to be involved and we defined a precise communication plan. We worked along with managers and professionals to create a Smart Manager Lab aimed to produce a straightforward and productive monitoring tool designed to facilitate optimal management of employees in a Smart Working environment. At the Smart Worker Lab, we created a guidebook titled “The Good Smart Worker,” which contains a list of constructive organizational behaviors to be shared with all Smart employees. During the “Convision” phase, the output of the work was presented to the Top Management, which had to validate it so as to spread it across the company. At the end of the course, we ran a Smart Ambassador training, with the aim of consolidating the skills of the Ambassadors who would go on to train future Smart Workers.
