Needs Analysis

The HR Management was initiating a series of growth and development paths on Talents and Key people, finding in HR Business Partners or HR management fundamental roles so that these routes would then find operational and management consistency in the field. In this scenario, a strong need emerged for a broader review on the role of HR, in order to make them more aware of their responsibility in the development and growth of people, so as to build a new mind set.

Our solution

In order to make HR embrace a new perspective, we thought of a two-step intervention. In the initial phase, we aimed to deliver clear messages on how to manage this transformation, fostering and creating solid value in customer relationships, and emphasizing the significance of promoting personal growth and development. As a second step, we designed a customised mental approach to fully support these actions.

Project development

The path we devised for HR started with an initial cultural outdoor activity to make them comprehend the significance of their roles in recognising and capitalising on new resources. Through metaphorical experiences, we infused the values and principles necessary to foster a talent-centric culture and promote the growth of key personnel. Together, we developed and shared actionable ideas to inspire progress and build a strong foundation for success. Thanks to this path, the HR involved not only did they regain motivation with respect to their role, but above all they focused on common approaches and methods to respond to the needs of the Human Resources Department for a more effective and sustainable management of the team members.
