From our experience, we know that in order to be business friendly, the design of a competency development framework must be aligned with its Vision and an effective strategy implementation. We have seen that catalog training actions are increasingly being built with the goal of supporting business, engendering strategy-driven behaviors and actions aimed at supporting cultural change.

This is why we have developed a monitoring process that has a twofold purpose:

  1. to actively engage the different actors involved in the process (HR, Consultants, Participants and Heads of Participants)
  2. to collect useful elements to detect the impacts and results following the training actions.
