MY ROLE AT HERMES
In Hermes, I am a Coach and Senior Trainer, supporting individuals in their paths of Training, Coaching, Mentoring, and strategic consulting. I identify in each individual the strength of the group and in the group the power of every small contribution.

The ability to create, enhance, and implement sharing and connections with others is one of the reasons that gives me the drive and energy every day to sustain and support changes in both the short and long term.

Resilience and communication are key elements to delve into the depth of the world around us and within us. Just like in music, everyone has a unique and special way of being read and interpreted.
For this reason, in my over 20 years of certified experience in Inner Game courses, Assessment, and Coaching, I strive to ensure that every resource can have its space of expression, every voice can be heard and understood, within a perspective of harmony and sharing.
