Through this model, I bring an innovative approach to family business continuity to the Italian landscape. I do not simply prepare succession for key roles: I help the family make their entrepreneurial wisdom, decision-making criteria, strategic sensibilities, and core values transferable across generations.

Through structured conversations with founders, senior leaders, and key people, I bring to light what can rarely be captured in procedures or manuals: the underlying rationale behind decisions, the signals observed, the insights gained from mistakes, the balance between prudence and courage, and the meaning invested in pivotal choices. I do not encourage imitation, but genuine understanding. I help those who follow recognise the thinking that created value, interpret it with freedom and responsibility, and enrich it through new experiences.
Technology extends memory, it does not replace it
I integrate artificial intelligence to organise, connect, and keep the gathered heritage up to date. I deploy it within a confidential, traceable system fully controlled by the family, never replacing human relationships or judgement. I ensure the family retains full governance over the content, deciding what to share, with whom, and when. Technology does not take the place of memory and entrepreneurial thinking: it extends them over time.
